Coffee Making Process
Kopi luwak or civet coffee is a coffee made from the beans of coffee berries which have been
eaten by the Asian Palm Civet and other related civets, then passed through its digestive tract. A civet eats
the berries for their fleshy pulp. In its stomach, proteolytic enzymes seep into the beans, making shorter
peptides and more free amino acids. Passing through a civet’s intestines the beans are then defecated, keeping
their shape. After gathering, thorough washing, sun drying, light roasting and brewing, these beans yield an
aromatic coffee with much less bitterness, widely noted as the most expensive coffee in the world
Pandawa Beach
Padang-Padang beach is a famous surf point in Bali with the great waves and white sandy stretch 100 meters from the north to the south. This is situated the white stone hill with nature scenery to the Indian Ocean and spectacular sunset at late afternoon that creates the Romantic Nuance. Uluwatu Temple
Uluwatu Temple (Balinese: Pura (Luhur) Uluwatu) is a Balinese sea temple (pura segara) in
Uluwatu (Kuta South, Badung). The temple is regarded as one of the sad kahyangan and is dedicated to Sang Hyang
Widhi Wasa in his manifestation as Rudra.The temple (pura in Balinese) is built at the edge (ulu) of a 70 meter
high cliff or rock (watu) projecting into the sea. [unreliable source] In folklore, this rock is said to be
part of Dewi Danu’s petrified barque. Though a small temple was claimed to have existed earlier, the structure
was significantly expanded by a Javanese sage, Empu Kuturan in the 11th Century. Another sage from East Java,
Dang Hyang Nirartha is credited for constructing the padmasana shrines and it is said that he attained moksha
here, an event called ngeluhur (“to go up”) locally. This has resulted in the temple’s epithet Luhur.
Jimbaran Bay
In the evening, head to Jimbaran Bay, it has a long beach with calm waters. It’s lined with fish
restaurants and backed by tropical forest. This place is very famous for it’s romantic candlelight dinner on
the beach while enjoying the breathtaking of the ocean and scenery of local traditional boat are parked,
accompanied by live group music by local singer offered international song and the sing title could be request.
This could be the place to having your dinner, but meals fee is excluded on this tour since the favorite meals
of everyone are different, so the dinner will be optional and at your own cost.
